Brian, Andre and especially Christian were very helpful! Brian was very kinda at check in and met us outside as we were parking! The tires I ordered originally were not available by the time of my appt so Andre gave me a more expensive set for the same price and was told I could come back within 30 days if I didn't like them. I came back two days after with a different set I wanted (Im loyal to the brands I like) and Brian ordered them no questions asked. They were more expensive than the originals but Brian gave me a discount on them, got them in later that day. Came in to get them changed, but once I got home I realized they didn't tighten the valve so there was air hissing out of it! Called them (they were closing in about 10mins so I was a bit frantic). Christian answered and said to come back right away to fix it. Came back and got it fixed, but when I got home I realized the front right tire was flipped! (The inside of the tire was facing outside). Came in the next morning and Christian got me all sorted immediately! Excellent and fast service! I scheduled an appointment at 3:45pm and arrived slightly early. They started working on my car right away. They finished changing all 4 tires in about 30 minutes. Keep in mind, your wait time might be different if you don't schedule an appointment or if they are extra busy. I would definitely return for future business. I recommend using the website to schedule an appointment (it's very easy to do) and pre-purchase your tires for the most streamlined experience.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. He understood the issue with my tires right away and knew exactly how to figure it out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Chenko also did a great job helping out and made the experience even better. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’d say I can’t wait to see you again, but then I’d be wishing for more tire issues — and I definitely don’t want that! Keep up the amazing work!

Had to get a new set of tires. The online scheduling was super easy. Showed up for our appointment and they had a nice little personalized welcome sign for our appointment! 😊 The staff were great, friendly, and honest. The service was very fast!

Excellent fast service. Changed to winter tires here for the first time and they were super efficient. The tires we were offered originally weren’t available so they gave us a better set for the same price we agreed to at first. Friendly staff and comfy waiting area.
